“The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl” live concert event will take place later this month at Los Angeles’ iconic outdoor concert venue the Hollywood Bowl. Tickets are available to purchase now for “The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl” live concert event, which will take place on May 24 and 25 in Los Angeles. The live concert will eventually be available to stream as a Disney+ Original Special at a later date. West is not the only celebrity child to be attached to the storied “Lion King” franchise in some capacity. Beyoncé and Jay Z’s 12-year–old daughter Blue Ivy Carter is part of the cast of the upcoming “Mufasa” movie – the live-action prequel to “The Lion King.”

After giving birth to a baby girl in 2019 and spending months at home, Ms. Price was eager to return to work, but then the Covid-19 pandemic canceled all of her shows. “I felt like all the momentum I was gaining just came to a complete halt,” she recalls over the phone while on tour in Park City, Utah. “I thought, well, it was a good run.”Ms. Price admits that things then got a little dark. Stuck at home near Nashville, Tenn., with her husband, guitarist Jeremy Ivey, and their children, who are now 12 and 3, without concerts or child care or much socializing of any kind, she says her days felt rudderless. The monotony was punctuated only by the drinks she had after putting the kids down at night and the hangovers she nursed the next day.
